The San Diego Chapter Welcomes You!

The San Diego Chapter of the Appraisal Institute is comprised of over 300 real estate professionals, including almost 225 who hold one or more of the prestigious MAI, SRA, AI-GRS, or AI-RRS designations. The Chapter’s boundaries include both San Diego and Imperial Counties. In addition to exhibiting a higher level of competence than the minimum standards required of appraisers who are merely licensed or certified, Appraisal Institute Designated Members, Candidates for Designation, and Practicing Affiliates are committed to upholding a rigorous code of professional ethics.
